Terms of Service

Quotes and pricing. Prices shown on this site are starting ranges. Jobs begin at $100. Final pricing depends on volume, material type, weight, access, stairs, and disposal requirements, and is confirmed before we begin work.

Estimates from photos. Photo-based estimates assume the items shown are the items to be removed. If the job is materially different on arrival, we will confirm updated pricing with you before continuing.

Items we do not accept. We do not remove hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, asbestos, and medical waste.

Scheduling. Appointments are subject to availability and site access. Please let us know in advance about stairs, gate codes, parking limits, or other access constraints.
